Under the Platforms for Dialogue (P4D) project implemented by the British Council in partnership with the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and financed by the European Union, the tree planting program of the Social Project (SAP) Tree Plantation implemented by the Poradah Union MAP, Kushtia. 14/09/2021

CRC SPECIAL EVENT/ সিআরসি বিশেষ ইভেন্ট
Summary of discussions: Participants of dialogue was direct question and answer session between AC land and service recipients. Service recipients raise the problems of mutation and payment of land tax and AC-Land realise the problem and direction the service recipients way forward. AC land give his mobile phone number and ask all participants if you face any inconvenience please call me and I will solve the problem as much as possible and as soon as possible.
আলোচনার সংক্ষিপ্তসার: সংলাপের অংশগ্রহণকারীরা ছিলেন এসি জমি এবং পরিষেবা গ্রহণকারীদের মধ্যে সরাসরি প্রশ্নোত্তর পর্ব। পরিষেবা প্রাপকরা ভূমি করের পরিবর্তনের এবং প্রদানের সমস্যা উত্থাপন করে এবং এসি-ল্যান্ড সমস্যাটি অনুধাবন করে পরিষেবা প্রাপকদের এগিয়ে যাওয়ার দিকনির্দেশনা দেয়। এসি জমি তার মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর দিন এবং সমস্ত অংশগ্রহণকারীদের জিজ্ঞাসা করুন যদি আপনার কোনও অসুবিধার সম্মুখীন হয় তবে দয়া করে আমাকে ফোন করুন এবং আমি যতটা সম্ভব এবং যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব সমস্যাটি সমাধান করব।
Key recommendations from the discussion: This is a good initiative to arrange dialogue with service recipients and service provider. Many things that was not known service recipients. Many sufferings of people was not known by service provider. Both party of service recipients and service provider can make a common understanding to increase service.
আলোচনা থেকে মূল প্রস্তাবনা: সংলাপের ব্যবস্থা করার জন্য এটি একটি ভাল উদ্যোগ পরিষেবা প্রাপক এবং পরিষেবা সরবরাহকারীর সাথে। অনেক কিছু যা পরিষেবা জানা ছিল না প্রাপক মানুষের অনেক দুর্ভোগ পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী দ্বারা জানা ছিল না। উভয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা প্রাপক এবং পরিষেবা সরবরাহকারী একটি সাধারণ ধারণা বৃদ্ধি করতে পারেন পরিষেবা
Additional comments: Government should have to policy for face the public with service recipients and service provider for make a transparency and accountability process development. Moreover government official know that they are the publice servant and people are the master. This practice may introduce by direct dialogue among service recipients and service provider.
অতিরিক্ত মন্তব্য: পরিষেবা সহ জনগণের মুখোমুখি হওয়ার জন্য সরকারের নীতিমালা করা উচিত স্বচ্ছতা এবং জবাবদিহিতা প্রক্রিয়া করার জন্য প্রাপক এবং পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী বিকাশ। তদুপরি সরকারী কর্মকর্তা জানেন যে তারা পাবলিক চাকর এবং মানুষ মাস্টার হয়। এই অনুশীলনটি পরিষেবার মধ্যে সরাসরি সংলাপের মাধ্যমে পরিচয় করিয়ে দিতে পারে প্রাপক এবং পরিষেবা সরবরাহকারী।

2. Railway Authority committed to stop ticket black market by the held of GRP thana and local community.
3. Mass people can get common information of railway service.
১. কর্তৃপক্ষ এবং স্থানীয় লোকেরা পোড়াদহ রেলস্টেশনের পরিষেবার গুণমান বৃদ্ধির জন্য একটি সাধারণ প্ল্যাটফর্ম।
২. জিআরপি থানা এবং স্থানীয় জনগণের অধীনে রেলওয়ে কর্তৃপক্ষ টিকিট কালোবাজারি বন্ধে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
৩. জনগণ রেলওয়ে পরিষেবা সম্পর্কে সাধারণ তথ্য পেতে পারে।

1. First time local railway authority do not cooperate to us
2. This is a big service so opinion collection from service recipients was difficult.

২. এটি একটি বড় পরিষেবা তাই পরিষেবা গ্রহণকারীদের কাছ থেকে মতামত সংগ্রহ করা কঠিন ছিল।

Meeting with Support group and main Group of Local community clinic, Face the public with service provider and service recipients, meeting with Upazila Health and Family planning authority, Preparatory meeting with MAP sub group and CSO and assist to hanging Citizens Charter of respective institute.
সমর্থন গোষ্ঠী এবং স্থানীয় সম্প্রদায় ক্লিনিকের প্রধান গ্রুপ, মুখের সাথে বৈঠক পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী এবং পরিষেবা গ্রহীতাদের সাথে জনসাধারণ, উপজেলার সাথে বৈঠক স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্তৃপক্ষ, এমএপি সাব গ্রুপ এবং সিএসওর সাথে প্রস্তুতিমূলক সভা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাগরিক সনদ ফাঁসিতে সহায়তা করা।

Achievement / অর্জন
1. First time Management Committee of CC (Support group and main group) held their meeting and they can knows about their role and responsibility.
2. This is the first time CC authority arrange face the public program (Service provider and service recipients open dialogue)
3. Local representative and local elite involve the service delivery system of CC
4. CC authority hang a Citizens Charter at the CC premises with the help of Sobar Sathe Shikhbo and British Council.
১. সিসির প্রথমবারের পরিচালনা কমিটি (সহায়তা গ্রুপ এবং প্রধান গ্রুপ) তাদের সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে এবং তারা তাদের ভূমিকা এবং দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কে জানতে পারে।
২. এটি প্রথমবারের মতো সিসি কর্তৃপক্ষ পাবলিক প্রোগ্রামের মুখোমুখি হওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করে (পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী এবং পরিষেবা গ্রহীতাদের মুক্ত কথোপকথন)
৩. স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধি এবং স্থানীয় অভিজাতরা সিসির পরিষেবা সরবরাহ ব্যবস্থা জড়িত
৪. সিসি কর্তৃপক্ষ সিসি প্রাঙ্গনে একটি নাগরিক সনদকে সহায়তা দিয়ে ঝুলিয়ে রাখে সবার সাথে শিখবো এবং ব্রিটিশ কাউন্সিল।

1. First time CC authority and Upazila health and family planning authority was not agree to assist arrange events.
2. CC management committee and local people are not aware about their role and responsibility.
3. Government medicine delivery is not sufficient against the local people’s demand.
১. প্রথমবারের মতো সিসি কর্তৃপক্ষ এবং উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার পরিকল্পনা কর্তৃপক্ষ অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজনে সহায়তা করতে রাজি হয়নি।
২. সিসি ম্যানেজমেন্ট কমিটি এবং স্থানীয় লোকেরা তাদের ভূমিকা এবং দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কে সচেতন নয়।
৩. স্থানীয় লোকজনের দাবির বিরুদ্ধে সরকারী ওষুধ সরবরাহ যথেষ্ট নয়।
হতদরিদ্র প্রতিবন্ধী শিশুদের মাঝে শীতবস্ত্র প্রদান
Today, on 25/12/2020, in collaboration with Yasin Mahmud Memorial Service, I will learn Shobar Sathe Sikhbo distributed among the disabled children of the organization. Kushtia Medical College Founder Principal (Retd.) And President of Yasin Mahmud Memorial Council Prof. Dr. Iftekhar Mahmud were present as the Chief Guest, Mr. Moudud Ahmed (Rajib) General Secretary of Yesin Mahmud Memorial Council Sirajul Haque (Siraj Fakir), Md. Shahin Ali, Joint General Secretary of Bangladesh Awami Upazila Chhatra League, Dr. Masum Biswas, Joint General Secretary of Baruipara Union Awami League, Swapan Ahmed, Acting President of Shikhbo Disability Organization, Md. Sohail Rana, General Secretary and Md. Saiful Islam Mr. Shahidul Islam, President of Poradaha Union Awami League. Speaking as the chief guestPeople with disabilities are living with more dubiousness. And with the onset of the current winter, I personally stand by people with disabilities and try to help them. And I will learn with everyone. I have organized a free medical camp for the disabled this month with the organization of the Disability Organization and in collaboration with the Yassin Mahmuda Memorial Council and I will conduct a free medical camp for the disabled one day every month, the chief guest promised.
আজ ২৫/১২/২০২০ তারিখে ইয়সিন মাহমুদ সৃতি পরিষেদর সহযোগীতায় সবার সাথে শিখবো প্রতিবন্ধী সংস্থার প্রতিবন্ধী শিশুদের মাঝে কম্বল বিতরন করা হয়। অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথী হিসাবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন কুষ্টিয়া মেডিকেল কলেজের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা principal (অবঃ) ও ইয়সিন মাহমুদ সৃতি পরিষদের সভাপতি অধ্যাপক ডাঃ ইফতেখার মাহমুদ, বিষেশ অতিথী ছিলেন ইয়সিন মাহমুদ সৃতি পরিষদের সাধারণ সম্পাদক জনাব মওদুদ আহম্মদ (রাজিব), সবার সাথে শিখবো প্রতিবন্ধী সংস্থার উপদেষ্টা পরিষদের সভাপতি জনাব সিরাজুল হক (সিরাজ ফকির), বাংলাদেশ আওয়মী উপজেলা ছাত্রলীগের যুগ্ন সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ শাহিন আলী, বারুইপাড়া ইউনিয়ন আওয়ামিলীগের যুগ্ন সাধারণ সম্পাদক ডাঃ মাসুম বিশ্বাস, সবার সাথে শিখবো প্রতিবন্ধী সংস্থার ভারপ্রাপ্ত সভাপতি স্বপন আহাম্মেদ, সাধারণ সম্পাদক মোঃ সোহেল রানা, এবং দৈনিক এই আমার দেশ পত্রিকার মফসল সম্পাদক মোঃসাইফুল ইসলাম অনুষ্ঠানে সভাপতিত্ব করেন পোড়াদহ ইউনিয়নআওয়ামীলিগ সভাপতি জনাব শহিদুল ইসলাম।প্রধান অতিথীর বক্তব্যে বালেন বার্তমান কোভিট 19 এর মধ্যে সধারণ মানুষ যে ভাবে জীবন যাপন করছে সেখানে প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিরা আরো দূবিসহ জীবন যাপন করছে ।
এবং বার্তমান শীতের প্রকপ বৃদ্ধি পাওয়ায় আমি প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের কথা মাথায় নিয়ে আমি ব্যক্তিগত ভাবে তাদের পাশে দড়িয়েছি এবং চেষ্টা করছি কি সহযোগীতা করার । এবং আমি সবার সাথে শিখবো প্রতিবন্ধী সংস্থার আয়োজনে ও ইয়সিন মাহমুদা সৃতি পরিষদের সহযোগীতায় চলতি মাসে প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের ফ্রি মেডিক্যল ক্যম্প করেছি এবং প্রতি মাসে এক দিন প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের ফ্রি মডিক্যল ক্যম্প করবো, বলে আশাস দেন প্রধান অতিথী ।

ব্রিটিশ কাউন্সিল এর p4d project আরও এগিয়ে নিয়ে দেশ ও জাতির কল্যাণ মূলক কর্মকান্ডকে প্রসার করার লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে চলেছে কুষ্টিয়া জেলার মিরপুর থানা ধীন পোড়াদহ ইউনিয়নের প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের প্রতিষ্ঠান সবার সাথে শিখবো প্রতিবন্ধী সংস্থা।।
আজ ৬ই মার্চ, ২০২২ ইং তারিখে পোড়াদহ ইউনিয়ন ম্যাপ গ্রুপ সদস্য এবং ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের সদস্যদের মাঝে ক্যালেন্ডার বিতরন করেন ব্রিটশ কাউন্সিল এর P4D Project. পোড়াদহ ইউনিয়ন ম্যাপ গ্রুপের সদস্য গন।।
