Shobar Sathe Sikhbo Disability Organization adopts community and target group approach in its development endeavors. It stresses on non-directive, bottom-up and participatory development implementation strategy. it organizes poor and hard-core people mainly poor I will learn with everyone that the organization with disability adopts community and target group approach in its development efforts. It is mainly the poor and the hardened people through counselingIt also initiates socio-economic programs for poverty alleviation while planning, decision making, implementation and evaluation of the plan. I will learn with everyone. The disabled organization is working with the poor people at the grassroots level in Mirpur Upazila.
