• To provide effective, flexible and responsive financial services to the urban-semi-urban poor women.

• To provide training in different aspects of business such as product development, equality assurance, basis of bookkeeping.

• To establish child-care and education centers so that parents can be freed from the compulsion of looking after children and can thus go out to earn money.

• To provide preventive and curative low cost health services to its members and their  families.

• To provide professional advice through Shobar Sathe Sikhbo Disability Organization counselors for family conflict resolution and legal support in case of need.

• Awareness build up to Shobar Sathe Sikhbo Disability Organization member for pure drinking water & using sanitation.

1. নগর-আধা-শহুরে দরিদ্র মহিলাদের কার্যকর, নমনীয় এবং প্রতিক্রিয়াশীল আর্থিক পরিষেবা সরবরাহ করা।

2. ব্যবসায়ের বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে যেমন পণ্য বিকাশ, সাম্যতা নিশ্চয়তা, বুককিপিংয়ের ভিত্তিতে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান।

3. শিশু যত্ন ও শিক্ষা কেন্দ্র প্রতিষ্ঠা করা যাতে বাবা-মা বাচ্চাদের দেখাশোনার বাধ্যবাধকতা থেকে মুক্তি পেতে পারেন এবং এভাবে অর্থ উপার্জনের জন্য বাইরে যেতে পারেন।

 4.সবার সাথে শিখবো প্রতিবন্ধী সংস্থার পরামর্শদাতাদের মাধ্যমে পারিবারিক সংঘাত নিরসন এবং প্রয়োজনের ক্ষেত্রে আইনী সহায়তা দেওয়ার জন্য পেশাদার পরামর্শ প্রদান।

5. বিশুদ্ধ পানীয় জল এবং স্যানিটেশন ব্যবহারের জন্য শোবার সাথে শিখবো প্রতিবন্ধী সংস্থার সদস্য পর্যন্ত সচেতনতা তৈরি করুন।
